Conference Fee

Click on "Registration" on the top of the conference page and provide the necessary information. Once you have registered, a registration confirmation letter will be sent to your email within 3 - 5 working days. One full registration includes one paper registration, attendance at all conference sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, one-night accommodation (twin share bedroom) and the access to all conference documentation.

Important:

  1. Please indicate ICCSR 2018 in your payment in your e-payment or telegraphic transfer.

  2. All bank/transfer charges are to be borne by the participant and must not be deducted from the conference fees.

  3. A copy of the transaction slip must be uploaded at "Upload payment slip for a conference" as proof of payment as soon as the payment is made OR email the proof of payment to [email protected].

  4. All attending authors and co-authors are required to pay the conference fees.

  5. For presenters, conference fees must be paid in full by 29 May 2018 for abstracts to be included in the conference programme.

  6. For listeners, conference fees must be paid in full by 7 July 2018.

  7. A 50% refund is available if a request for refund is made to the Conference Secretariat by 7 April 2018. No refunds will be provided after this date.

  8. The registration fee for student includes a conference pack as well as lunch and tea servings throughout conference duration.
  9. The registration fee for Listener includes a conference pack as well as lunch and tea servings throughout conference duration.

  10. Additional Fee for Journal Publication (Selected Papers only) will be handle by Journal Publisher (if any)

Notice:

1. Paper at least 4 pages, from the beginning of the sixth pages, need to pay an extra fee. Additional Page: USD 100 or EURO 85 or SGD 140/one page.

2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has not included with a hard copy of the journal of "Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research". If you need a hard copy of the journal book. Please send an e-mail with the title "Hardcopy Journal" to [email protected] (SGD 150/Book before 10 July 2018, SGD 255/ Book after 10 July 2018).
